Signs of Closed or Imbalanced Heart Chakra Energy:
controlling, conditional love, demanding, hyper-critical, moody, melodramatic, possessive, vengeful, heart seems to race
fear of rejection, indecisive, paranoia, self-pity, unloving, feelings overly swayed by others
suppressed positive and/or negative emotions, anxiety, panic, feel heart is heavy, lack of empathy, lack of lovingkindness, relationship issues, resentment, suspicion, unbalanced emotions, unforgiving
Signs of Balanced or Open Energy:
accepting of people, compassionate, emotional balance, empathetic, friendly, in touch with feelings, loving, nurturing, generally positive, hopeful, inspired, less critical of self and others, sense of balance, sense of joy, sense of wholeness
Some related dis-ease states relate to the heart and blood: anemia and other blood diseases, hardening of the arteries, cardiovascular issues, chest pain, leukemia, heart disease and illness, high blood pressure, peripheral vascular insufficiency,
Others relate to the lungs such as: breathing problems, bronchitis, pneumonia, COPD, respiratory issues, emphysema, asthma, and lung cancer,
Still, others are related to the emotions and mental wellness: anxiety disorders, common addictions (nicotine, marijuana), emotional issues, insomnia, and panic attacks.
Lastly, there are types of dis-ease that don’t fall into any clear category: arthritis, breast cancer, immune system issues, shoulder problems, and upper back problems.
